Step 1:
Consultation – Defining Your Vision
We start with a one-on-one consultation, exploring your inspirations, stone preferences, and style direction.
If you’re not sure what you want, don’t worry—
our expert jewellers will guide you through possibilities.
This can be in-person at our Melbourne studio or virtual for interstate and international clients.
Step 2:
Sketching & Stone Sourcing
Once your concept is refined, we create detailed sketches of your design.
If your piece requires a gemstone, we hand-select and source options based on your preferences.
You’ll receive a selection of ethically sourced sapphires, diamonds, or heirloom-quality stones to choose from.
Step 3:
Design Finalisation & Approval
We fine-tune your design, ensuring every detail is perfected before production begins.
At this stage, we require a deposit (50-75%) to commence crafting.
Step 4:
Crafting Your Piece
Your jewellery is expertly handcrafted in our Melbourne workshop by our master artisans.
The process typically takes 8-12 weeks, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail.
Step 5:
The Reveal
Once complete, your finished piece is ready to be collected or delivered.
