Love Stories - Leo & Hannah
We adore being a part of your love stories...
Leo and Hannah's journey began on a sun-kissed October day in Princes Park. Fast forward to a surprise proposal amidst the treetops of the Dandenong Ranges. With a shared passion for ethical sourcing and non-traditional bespoke design, they entrusted us to craft rings that echo their unique love story.
When and how did you meet?
We met on a warm October day, in Princes Park, walking Leo's very handsome and friendly GSP.
How did the proposal go down?
The proposal was a perfect surprise. On a weekend away in the Dandenongs, in a beautiful cabin surrounded by green treetops and the sounds of birds.
What were the most important factors when choosing your jeweller?
Ethical sourcing of the stones, local designers, non-traditional custom pieces created together with the couple.
Were there any specific design elements or details you wanted to include in your ring?
We really wanted Australian sapphires, and a deep blue color was important. Emma searched far and wide to find the colour and shape we were after.
Is there any advice you would give to other couples choosing their engagement rings?
We had so much fun selecting the stones and the placement, especially for our engagement ring. And doing it together was such a wonderful experience. I would recommend any couple consider designing their ring together, rather than one parter surprising the other.
What plans did you made for your big day?
We got married in a tiny ceremony, back at Princes Park where we met. With two more black finch rings that we designed together.
